Turn off heat and add dried lavender buds. Let it cool to room temperature, then strain out the lavender buds and store the syrup in the refrigerator.\u003c\/p\u003e \n\n\u003cp\u003ePrepare the Martini: In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup.
